Steve Cooper
Steve Cooper founded Cooper Project Advisors in 2016. During his 40-year career, he has been involved in over hundreds of commercial projects nationwide. He has seen projects from the perspective of the contractor, architect, non-profit Board member, and owner. Steve started Cooper Project Advisors with a desire to bring the benefits of this experience owners as they undertake the often daunting and overwhelming process of designing and building commercial projects. He is passionate about helping owners create successful new facilities and have fun doing it. Cooper Project Advisors has managed projects for with a value of over $350 million. Steve is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and a Design Build Institute of America Certified Design Build Professional. Steve has served on many non-profit boards and building committees. Currently, he serves on the Oklahoma County Citizens Bond Oversight Board for the new jail.
Derrick Scobey
Pastor Derrick Scobey was born in Northeast Oklahoma City in 1967. He graduated from Douglass High School in 1985 and attended Central State University. In 1996, he moved to the DFW Metroplex, where he spent nearly 20 years managing multiple sales organizations and owning an automobile wholesale business in Collin County, Texas. With over 25 years in ministry, he planted a culturally diverse church in McKinney, Texas, in 2009. By 2012, he became the Senior Teaching Pastor and Pastor of Multi-Cultural Engagement at the 5,000-member First Baptist Church in McKinney. On June 22, 2015, he was called back to Oklahoma City to lead Ebenezer Baptist Church, which has since grown from 100 to over 500 members. In January 2021, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt honored Derrick with the Oklahoma State Challenge Coin for his contributions during the pandemic. In February 2021, his leadership and service were recognized on the floor of the United States House of Representatives, where he was named a 'Hometown Hero' by Congresswoman Stephanie Bice from Oklahoma's 5th District. Additionally, the City of Oklahoma City, under Mayor David Holt, awarded Derrick and his church a Citation for their efforts during the pandemic, including distributing over $13 million in food, household supplies, and school materials in partnership with World Vision International. The Citation also acknowledged his work in racial reconciliation and hosting large-scale vaccination events at his church. Currently, Derrick is involved with the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (Jail Trust), the OKCPS Citizen Oversight Committee for the $955,000,000 bond, and the Stephenson Cancer Center's African American Cancer Research Community Advisory Board. He is also a former member of the Alzheimer’s Association Board of Oklahoma. Earlier this year, Derrick and his wife, Angela, launched a new entrepreneurial venture by creating an LLC for the Excalibur Executive Black Car Service.
Timothy Tardibono
Timothy Tardibono serves as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Advisory Council (CJAC). The CJAC’s community vision is that Oklahoma County would be a community that has an economical, efficient, and smart local justice system that reflects our values of fairness, compassion and good governance. The CJAC was created by an interlocal agreement between Oklahoma County, the City of OKC, the City of Edmond, and the City of Midwest City after an intensive taskforce process by the Greater OKC Chamber with nationally known research partner the Vera Institute of Justice. Prior to joining the CJAC in February 2018, Timothy’s career has centered on law and public policy for two decades. He served as Policy Analyst to Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating’s Health and Human Services Cabinet Secretary, practiced law as an Assistant General Counsel at the Oklahoma State Department of Health, ran a non-profit focused on family and children policy, served as Counsel to U.S. Senator Tom Coburn in Washington D.C., and won election to the Bethany City Council. Timothy graduated from Putnam City High School in Northwest OKC, earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from Oklahoma Christian University, his Master’s degree in Public Policy and J.D. from Regent University in Virginia, and currently serves as adjunct faculty at Southwestern Christian University in Bethany teaching American history, government and law classes. He is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, Trinity Legal Clinic, and is licensed to practice.
Stacey Trumbo
Stacey Trumbo began his career working at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation in 1986. In 1994, he moved to City Engineer for the City of Edmond. In 1008, he was recruited as Chief Engineer for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority to direct a team of professional staff engaged in a $650 million highway expansion of the Creek, Kilpatrick, and Bailey Turnpikes adding over 50 miles to the turnpike system. He was also responsible for the ongoing maintenance and rehabilitation of the existing system to a condition meeting the covenants under the Authority Trust Agreement to ensure a high credit rating and investor confidence. In 2002, he left to begin work in private practice performing Civil Engineering and Construction Management tasks for Consulting Engineers, Contractors, and Insurance Companies. Stacey has been in current employment as County Engineer for Oklahoma County since 2007 where responsible for the County’s public infrastructure including roads, bridges, and buildings. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors, the National Association of County Engineers, and the American Public Works Association
Perrin Duncan
Perrin Clore Duncan is a Program Officer at the Arnall Family Foundation, where she focuses primarily on criminal justice reform efforts. She graduated Cum Laude from DePauw University in 2017, with majors in Economics and Studio Art and a minor in Spanish. Perrin completed her Master of Fine Arts from the Burren College of Art in County Clare, Ireland in 2019, and has exhibited her artwork in galleries and publications nationally and internationally. She began her career managing Marketing and Communications for JUMP! Foundation, a non-profit social enterprise based in Bangkok, Thailand. Upon her return to Oklahoma in 2020, she worked at the OKC Chamber where she led the United Way campaign. Perrin is an avid cyclist, runner, and outdoor enthusiast. She is an ambassador for Newton Running and a member of the High-Performance Team for The Feed. She’s proudly certified as a Wilderness First Responder and always on the lookout for the next big adventure. Perrin is a member of the United States Global Leadership Coalition’s Next Gen Global Leaders Network, Downtown Club of Oklahoma City, VEST, and Economic Club of Oklahoma. She currently serves on the Alumni Board of Leadership Oklahoma City as a representative of LOYAL Class XVII and the Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation YP4Kids! Board. She has been recognized by the OKC Friday as one of OKC’s Most Powerful Young Professionals, was a NextGen Under 30 awardee in 2022, featured in Hundred Magazine’s Wildly Capable Women Issue 02 in 2022, honored at the Oklahoma Hospitality Club’s Ladies in the News Luncheon in 2023 and was an honoree of the 2024 Greater Panhellenic Women of the Year luncheon. At the core of her identity, Perrin has a deep commitment to community, her family, and to being an empathetic and compassionate friend. She is passionate about pursuing a life of purpose and deeply believes in the importance of education and equity for all.
